Perhaps the world's most famous sacred syllable from Asia, there are many interpretations of its meaning according to different religions and different school's of thought within each religion - all agree that it has a positive affect in some way.

Frank teaches at two studios in the outer Eastern suburbs of Melbourne:

Kumbada Studio (see pic) 6 Ridge Rd, Kalorama, 3766

Kumbada is a beautiful studio converted from an old church and situated amongst the tall trees of the Dandenong Ranges with views overlooking Silvan Dam and the city of Melbourne. The quiet, peaceful ambience of this studio invites inner calm and makes it an ideal place for Yoga to happen.

Kumbada is owned and operated by Alison Cassidy who teaches both Yoga and Creative Dance at the studio.

IntoFreedom is located in a private home and provides a small, intimate and delightful space in which to practice. Maximum class size is 9 students.
