Terms and Conditions

Dynamic Yoga is offered as a general yoga practice that invites an ongoing enquiry into the nature of the self, that it might lead to life being lived more freely, and not as a therapeutic process for any specific condition, even though many students report improvements with particular problems they may have.

Therefore:

  1. Classes are undertaken at your own risk.
  2. You will be expected to take responsibility for your own actions at all times.
  3. You are not expected to respond specifically to any instruction if this is not possible.
  4. You should honour your own capacity just as it is and listen to your body so that you can judge your own need to leave a posture if that is necessary for your own benefit and safety.
  5. Coming out of a posture, or resting during a class will not lead to you being judged negatively by the teacher.

• If you are in doubt please consult a doctor and advise us of any conditions before attending.
• No liability is accepted for:

  1. unforeseen changes in your personal circumstances or other events beyond our control,
  2. any injuries or illnesses incurred during the class.

• In general, no refunds are given. However, you should consult with your teacher immediately you feel an issue or problem has arisen.
